Position: Lead Project Manager
Location: Algiers
Key Responsibilities
-Project Management: Oversee projects from tendering to final warranty, including delivery and commissioning activities.
-Planning and Execution: Plan, manage, and deliver projects while seeking additional business opportunities and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
-Client Relations: Serve as the primary client contact for contract execution and collaborate with EHS, engineering, contract administration, finance, and other support functions.
-Financial Responsibility: Ensure timely delivery, achievement of sales and collections targets, margin improvement, and customer satisfaction.
-Compliance and Safety: Adhere to safety standards, operational efficiency, and financial objectives, following project management best practices and compliance policies.
-Continuous Improvement: Contribute to operational performance and department development, following best project management practices and preparing project reviews.
Your Profile
-Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field
-Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management or operational roles, with significant experience in site management and commissioning in the distribution field.
-Skills:
*In-depth knowledge of grid solutions
*Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
*Additional Qualifications: Master’s degree in project/business management or PMP/IPMA certification is a plus, with a high energy level and passion for operational challenges.
*Proficiency in both English and French
